Step 1:
Begin by gently combing through your client’s hair with a wide-tooth comb or a detangling brush,
ensuring that all knots and tangles are removed before you proceed with the shampooing process.

Step 2:
At the shampoo station, thoroughly rinse your client’s hair to eliminate any excess buildup. Next,
dispense a quarter-sized amount of CHoZen Symetri® Clarifying Shampoo into your hands and rub them
together to create a lather. Apply this evenly throughout the client’s hair and scalp. The shampooing
process may be repeated as necessary. Pay attention to the tactile feedback from your fingers while
shampooing; a noticeable smoothness indicates that the hair is thoroughly cleansed once rinsed.

Step 3:
After rinsing, gently towel blot the client’s hair. This is crucial for effectively removing excess water
without causing any damage to the hair strands. Proceed to blow-drying the hair to roughly 80% dry,
retaining a bit of moisture. This approach ensures optimal conditions to apply CHoZen Symetri® Total 1 TreatmentTM.

Step 4:
Divide the hair into four distinct quadrants. This step is essential for ensuring an even and thorough
application of the Total 1 TreatmentTM, allowing for precise and targeted application to each section of
the hair.

Step 5:
Begin by wearing gloves for protection. Start at the nape area, using a conservative amount of product.
Spray the Total 1 TreatmentTM foam onto the middle section of the hair parting. Use a comb to
distribute the foam evenly across the entire section of hair, ensuring complete coverage. After
completing the first section, move on to the next, integrating it with the previously treated section.
Apply the foam to the middle part of the new section and repeat the same process until the entire
quadrant is treated. Cover this quadrant with a cap and then move on to the next, applying the same
technique. Once you have completed two quadrants (half of the head), cover them with a cap. Continue
with the remaining quadrants using the same method. Once all quadrants are treated, set a timer for 30
minutes to allow the treatment to process.

Step 6:
After the 30-minute processing time is complete, carefully remove the cap. Proceed to blow-dry the hair until it is completely dry, ensuring that no dampness remains.

Step 7:
Utilize a flat iron to seal in the product. This step not only seals in the treatment but also prepares the
hair for the final styling. Style as desired, creating a look that showcases the enhanced quality and
